职位需求
Requirement:
1. Bachelor of Architecture degree or higher
2. More than 5 years project managing experience in foreign architecture firm;
3. Familiar with the design process of Chinese projects and international projects;
4. Excellent communication skill with foreign architect. Excellent leadership, problem solving and coordination ability;
5. Able to work with tight deadlines and demanding schedule
6. Fluent in English, especially proficient in listening, speaking ability;
7. Ability to learn and use new software
Responsibility:
1. Participate in meeting and conference calls
2. Record bi-lingual meeting minutes
3. Communicating and coordinating with foreign architect and Chinese client
4. Overseeing and liaising with support staff during all phases of design and production and reporting to operation manager
5. Ensure good communication with foreign architect via email or conference call
6. Assist team to meet weekly target dates
